来自Kukup渔村的求救，当地爱心大哥在家后面的海里看到了一只狗狗有气无力的游着，游向大哥的方向去 … 眼看狗狗就要沉入海了，感恩他立即把狗狗给救了上来 👍🙏👏

这只只有7、8个月大的小黑母狗，发现头部和上半身竟然满满都是撕裂和被咬的伤口，她的性格很纯良，相信是被凶悍的狗群攻击 😥，而掉进了海里，当下一定非常害怕和痛苦

狗狗住院了一个星期，渡过了危险期，目前状况稳定，先转回了园区休养、敷药

因为是从海里救起的孩子，我们给了她童话故事里美人鱼的名字 – “艾莉儿” (Ariel)

希望小艾莉儿早日康复 🙏

温驯的艾莉儿无法适应流浪的凶险，我们无法将她原放，但园区目前也处于自身难保的阶段😢 … 喜欢黑狗狗的朋友，真的希望大家能考虑在艾莉儿康复后，给她一个有家的机会，比起街头和收容所，家，永远都是浪浪最好的归宿

SOS from Kukup. The local stray caregiver saw a dog swimming weakly in the sea behind his home.

Seeing that the dog was about to sink into the sea, it was so grateful that he immediately save the dog. 👍👏👏

This little female dog, only 7 or 8 months old, we are shocked to see that it was full of lacerated and bitten wounds in her head and upper body! Her character is very tame. We believe she was attacked by several aggressive dogs and fell into the sea. She must be very scared and painful 😢

The dog has been hospitalized for a week and has passed the dangerous period. Her condition is stable now. She returned to the shelter for rehab now. Because she was rescued from the sea, we gave her the name of the little mermaid – “Ariel”.

The tame Ariel can’t adapt to the vicious danger of homeless life. And so we can’t release her back to the original place after she’s fully recovered, but our shelter is currently in a stage which is extremely full and lacking of manpower …

Friends who like black dog, we really hope that everyone can consider to give Ariel a home after her recovery. Compared to the streets and shelters, HOME is always the best place to stay and spend the rest of her life. For adoption enquiry, please contact us at 012-716 7123 🙏

/ As the shelter is extremely full, it is really difficult for us to take in new rescue … but we really hope to continue to help more homeless lives.

At present, we implement the system of “one out, and one in”. As long as one rescued dog/cat is adopted, the shelter will have an empty space to bring in the next stray in need. We hope everyone can help us to promote the concept of “ADOPT, DON’T buy” together. ❤🙏

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
