Who is this handsome fella, you ask?⁠ Well, this is Gettah. He is our 🌟Dog of the Week🌟 and he is coming to you from Oregon, USA. This former Soi Dog rescue is an amazing boy who makes up for the loss of his eye sight, in a myriad of other ways.⁠

He is a snuggle bug and a great walking buddy. He is goofy, sensitive and unbelievably affectionate. And when he smiles, he smiles with his whole face. Sadly, losing his eye sight meant that he also lost some of his confidence getting around.

When he was at Soi Dog Foundation, he received training to help build his confidence. His current family, who loves him dearly, continued this training diligently, to help bring out Gettah’s fun personality out of the shadows. However, due to Gettah’s difficulty to communicate effectively with their current dog, a collective decision between Gettah’s family and Soi Dog’s adoptions team was made, to find him a new home that would bring out his full potential and make him even happier.

With an adult only family that is patient and a home that can provide him with a calm atmosphere, Gettah will be the best dog you’ve ever had.
