Daran was slashed with a knife on her back by a cruel person. Sadly, this is another example of how tragic life can be for street animals. This #nopawsleftbehind month we are focusing on deserving animals like Daran who has been through so much and after all that suffering, she’s now ready to find a loving home.

We were first alerted by a kind man who saw Daran with a large open wound on her back. It was already infested with maggots. She was brought in and treated at our dog hospital and have since made a full recovery.

The memories of her attack left her unsure of people, but through socialisation, she gained some of her confidence back. She’s remarkable in the sense that once she gets to know someone, she will come out of her shell and genuinely enjoy their company, especially during walks.

Daran needs a home where she can feel safe and loved, even if that may take time. With patience and some training, she can be the perfect addition to your family.
