Konunion is definitely our resident rock star, with his Kiss-style eye makeup. Like every rock star, he’s had his highs and lows. In August 2019, Konunion and his sister, only a few months old, were hit by car. The impact wounded his sister and fractured his front left leg in two places.

At Soi Dog, the vets fitted his leg with a plate and screws, but sadly, he was still in pain and struggling to walk, so they had no option but to amputate. You might notice that he stands flat on his right front paw. But don’t worry, this doesn’t cause him any discomfort.

This month we are dedicating #nopawsleftbehind month at Soi Dog Foundation to special dogs and cats like Konunion, in need of a spotlight shining down on them. This tripawd pup has so much to give and we want you to see it all!

Konunion’s sister found her forever home back in September 2019. It’s taking a bit longer for Konunion to find his but something tells us that it will be his turn soon.
