The world is on hold while it tackles COVID-19, but the sad reality is that there will be dozens of dogs crammed in cages, crying in agony and fear with no one around to help them. Vietnam doesn’t want the world to see this cruelty. The brutal slaughtering of dogs will continue unless we take action. Your signature can act as the voice for the voiceless today.
