ACUPUNCTURE FOR CATS

Did you know that acupuncture is used to treat animals too? It may seem scary but the process is painless and can even be relaxing.

Theo and Pudding both came into SPCA suffering from pelvic injuries. Theo has issues defecating and is required to regularly ingest stool softeners, gut stimulants, and other medication to pass motion. Pudding, on the other hand, has urinary incontinence.

Thankfully, the acupuncture treatments improved their conditions, and after some rest, they are now able to walk again!

Theo is currently recuperating with his loving fosterers and Pudding is in his forever home! They will continue to receive these treatments until they become less reliant on medication.
