Phi was brought to the shelter after a tourist reported a kitten with a dreadful eye problem. Locals said kids had done it with a catapult! We took Phi to Dr T's for removal. Phi will fly to France in January to meet the seven other rescued cats and two dogs already waiting for her in her forever home.

We are thinking about creating a Cat Program named after little Phi. What do you think?
