VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND LOST SHIH TZU RESCUED

Our SPCA rescue officer picked up this Shih Tzu in Jurong West. He suffered from skin issues and was suspected to be blind and abandoned. At SPCA, we provided treatment and gave him a stunning makeover!

Pic 2-4: Sitting patiently in his tub, our furry friend feels fresh after shedding his matted fur and getting a nice warm bath!

We posted lost & found ads but no one came forward to claim him. He was then fostered by another AWG, Noah’s Ark Cares, who kindly offered to help us find him a forever home.
