Dressed To The Nines And Feline Fine!

Meow there! My name is Yinglek, and I’m a tuxedo kitty with her heart set on a future with you.

Yinglek is the name the kind Thai staff gave me when I arrived at Soi Dog in March 2019. It means “small girl”, and I certainly was on the smaller side back then. After being hit by a car, my hind legs were collapsing behind me and I was struggling to travel far to find anything to eat. Fortunately, help came in the form of food and physiotherapy here at the shelter, and now I’m a purrfectly healthy feline weight. (I guess “medium girl” doesn’t quite have the same ring to it though!)

With my legs in working order again, I can get back to doing what I love most: leaping into the nearest lap for a well-earned nap. You humans are just so comfortable! But if you adopt me, you won’t just be my human chair, you’ll also be my closest companion and my very own hero.

Every day, I make sure my smart fur is groomed to perfection and there’s not a whisker out of place. Dressed to impress, I greet each and every visitor to the cattery with a gentle purr and a friendly nuzzle, but despite being the most stylish and charming kitty around, no one has stepped up to adopt me. Will you be the one who finally says yes? Just like a tuxedo, we could be so well suited! https://links.soidog.org/Read-Yinglek-Story
