Ginger Coughs Again

Everyone else has recovered….except Ginger.

Or rather, Ginger did recover, but after a few days, today he started sneezing (but only once this morning) and this afternoon, I heard him coughing again (also, just one bout).

Not wanting to take any risks, I quickly consulted our vet and she said I could go over and get him some anti-histamines and broncodilator tablets.  There is no need for antibiotics since he does not have any nasal discharge.

So, Ginger is on anti-histamines and the broncodilator tablets now. I have not stopped the Vetri DMG and will continue with the Lysine as well.

Let’s hope he recovers this time.
