Hi all! this is Candy, who was found abandoned after her owner relocated overseas and is now looking for a new home. Candy is a 3 years old, female English Cocker Spaniel. Candy is of sweet natured however, she has behavioural problems being pretty possessive and stubborn (which is typical English Cocker Spaniel character). From assessing and behavioural training, she has improved drastically although it would require more time for her to further improve through consistent training. Thus, her owner has to be understanding, firm, calm and assertive when helping her change for the better (adopter will be guided on managing her). Its also recommended that the adopter has few experiences with dogs of such type and that she would prefer a family with no children. She's friendly towards any dogs of her size or larger, but will not do well with dogs which are smaller than her.
