Chalerm was being slowly strangled by a wire collar around his neck. It was so tight, it cut away at his tender skin.

The enormous wound was invaded by maggots, making it bigger and bigger. He must have been in excruciating pain. He’s now safe at Soi Dog and getting the treatment he needs. But with no government funding, he truly needs your help.
