To all rescuers who send their animals to our two panel vets in Subang Jaya for spay-neuter, we ask the following of you, please:

1. After sending the animal, please text (sms) me. You would have my handphone number in our communication by email during your application for sponsorship.

2. After collecting your animal, please text (sms) me again.

The above would only cost you (at most) 30sen, but it would help me tremendously in clearing the day’s cases and ensuring that your animal has been taken back. I would not have to call the vet (who is normally very, very busy) to find out. I also do not like making unnecessary calls to the vets as it is very disturbing to their already heavy schedule.

We are already sponsoring the operation of your animal in full, and all we ask is two smses costing 30sen from you.

My phone bill in running AnimalCare amounts to more than RM400 per month (no, I do not claim from our funds as we have no provision for that, it is my contribution to AnimalCare) and this includes smses and phonecalls to rescuers, the vets, etc. My phone memory fills up every two days, and I have to delete all messages.

All I ask is 30sen from you (assuming it is not maxis-to-maxis, which is even cheaper!).

Thank you for your cooperation.

P.S. And please be punctual for the appointment and collect your animal on time.
