Remember This Cutie? Stealer Is Doing Much Better ..

Remember this cutie? Stealer is doing much better now – and, true to her name, has stolen many hearts since arriving at Soi Dog!

A callous person abandoned this sweet 10-year-old with a deep chest wound that has almost completely healed now, thanks in part to treatments with a therapeutic honey that’s long been our go-to.

We could only save Stealer thanks to kind members of the Emergency Response Team. Will you please join them and pledge a small monthly gift? https://emergency.soidog.org/ert

Stealer’s jaw, which looks broken, is an old injury our vets could not fix because her entire mandible was already missing. They have assured us this doesn’t cause her pain or difficulty eating.

One of our vet nurses and her assistant were alerted to this dog’s sad situation when they were making their regular rounds in Phuket’s rural communities.

Stealer has also been treated for ticks and fleas; dermatitis; dry, infected eyes; and soon, will get a spay surgery. She is enjoying the nutritious food, comfortable shelter and love every animal deserves – especially a senior pup like her.

She is an adorable new face among around 1,100 dogs and cats already living at our hospital and shelter. This is close to our capacity.

It boggles the mind to think someone could simply dump a vulnerable elderly dog like this little girl. But it happens all too often to older animals. Will you please help us be ready to save the next desperate dog like her?

Joining the Emergency Response Team with a small monthly pledge will do exactly that. Click here now: https://emergency.soidog.org/ert

Thank you so much for caring about dogs like Stealer.
