Hi there! It’s me, Talcum! I’ve got travel donations and am ready to explore the world.

I came to Soi Dog Foundation over three years ago because I received some nasty threats against my life. Some people in the area where I was living didn’t like me. I was only trying to survive the best way I knew how: scrounging for scraps and searching for shelter under the rain and hot sun. Luckily, a kind Thai lady took me to Soi Dog Foundation, away from immediate danger.

Truth be told, I’d rather be in a comfy home than on the streets. Despite those horrible people trying to hurt me, I am such a calm and peaceful boy. I always have a doggy smile plastered on my face, especially when I get a nice back rub or go on a healthy stroll with my human friends.

You may think I’m large and fox-like, but I am a big softie. The Soi Dog carers describe me as the “wise boy” who stays out of the doggie shenanigans that can go on in my enclosure. Quite frankly, I am more of a lay-down-and-observe kind of dog.

Did I mention I’ve got travel donations? An incredible person made a contribution towards my travel to my forever home (wherever that may be). I’m so very lucky because this means it’s easier for my future family to adopt me! I am crossing my paws and my heart for someone to pick a loving, sweet and gentle soul like me.

I have heard great things about Canada, the USA and the EU, including the UK. I am ready to travel across the world to join you!

Please adopt me!
