Photos From Soi Dog Foundation's Post

We introduced you to tiny Lukpink not long ago. The now 10-week-old pup had just gone through trauma and sadness no animal should ever have to – especially not an innocent little puppy.

In short, he was abused by humans who adopted him. A kind person noticed and returned him to his mother. She rejected him, biting his eye very hard. We could not save it, and had to remove it.

In this giving season, please help suffering animals like Lukpink. To donate now, click here: https://www.soidog.org/content/give-the-gift-of-life

We care for around 1,100 animals at our shelter at any given time, and worry about running out of funds to keep helping animals who need us.

The good news is, Lukpink’s right eye is fine, and he will be able to see almost as well as any other dog. He is now safe at our shelter and being loved and well-treated – like all animals deserve to be. Especially a tiny, trusting puppy.

Lukpink will remain with us, where he’ll never, ever be mistreated again. Quite the opposite – almost every member of our vet staff has taking a turn playing with him and giving him loads of love. The photos are almost as adorable as Lukpink himself!

This poor pup’s case is truly tragic. It simply didn’t have to happen. But we promise that, with supporters’ help, we’ll do everything possible to make up for what he’s had to endure.

We stop at nothing to rescue animals, whether abandoned on an island or in a deserted area, living with wounds made more horrible by maggots, hit by vehicles…there’s no end to the dangers homeless dogs and cats face because they have no one to care for and look out for them.

We know you do care. Please click here to join our Emergency Response Team or to make a one-off gift: https://www.soidog.org/content/give-the-gift-of-life.

With more than 1,000 animals depending solely on us, and no help available from the Thai government, we need you more than ever. For them. Thank you!
