Look who’s SO much better!

When we posted Naonao recently, well over 110,000 of you gasped in shock and heartbreak at her horrifying injury. We’re pretty sure this poor girl had been stabbed and left for dead.

This was one of the most heart-stopping cases we’ve seen in a long time. Naonao ended up with us after a kind person rushed her to a clinic unable to handle this level of trauma.

Of course, Naonao has no idea how worried all of us have been about her. But you can see she looks pretty happy to be alive and safe!

We salute the amazing vet staff who saved her, of course. But mostly, we salute you, our wonderful supporters. She’d have died in the street where her insides were literally pouring out onto the pavement if you didn’t care about animals like her so much, and support our work here at Soi Dog.

We thank you on Naonao’s behalf; for the approximately 1,100 other formerly homeless and hurting animals currently in our care; and for the thousands of others who’ve come and gone since we began in 2003 – their lives saved and transformed because you care. Because you believe they deserve better.
