All he wanted was a hug. Despite Bertie’s pure love and affection towards people, his love was not reciprocated. Instead, he became a victim of horrible cruelty. He suffered from third degree burns after someone threw boiling hot water onto his body. No dog deserves this.

It never ceases to amaze us how dogs are able to express unconditional love even after experiencing such suffering.

Bertie still has a lot of hugs to give, will you be the one to finally hug him back?
