Owning a pet is a massive responsibility that some people do not realise. Many pets are abandoned on the streets and at shelters as their owners cannot, will not or even refuse to look after them. Often we ask ourselves why such human exist?
Have we not realised or learnt from our pet’s behaviour, personality, demeanor, resiliency, and most importantly, the willingness to provide their family members with unconditional love, loyalty, and companionship down to their very last breath.
If you have a dog at home, you would have realised that your dog doesn’t judge you. Your dog doesn’t care how you’re dressed. Your dog doesn’t hold grudges on you. Your dog guards your home while you’re sleeping or outside partying hard. Your dog will be by your side to protect you at all times.
No matter what the situation is, your dog is always happy to see you, greet you with the same enthusiasm each and every time you walk in that door. They call them man’s best friend for a reason.
If you still have the thought of abandoning your dog, think again of what your dog has given to you – unconditional love.
