Photos From Soi Dog Foundation's Post

Do you remember me? My name is Khontee, and I am almost a year old.

Recently, my eyes were severely infected and really hurting. I was homeless, and didn’t have my own human to take me to the vet. I could hardly see. My mum had disappeared, and I couldn’t fend for myself very well.

But luckily for me, Soi Dog Foundation helps kitties like me (dogs, too) when we get into trouble. Right now, would you please click on this link: https://bit.ly/HelpHurtandHomelessCats and join their Care for Cats Club?

Soi Dog took me in when I thought no one cared. They care for homeless animals who get hurt or sick, or who have been attacked by other animals or abused by bad humans.

Some humans say black cats are bad luck. I’m a good boy who just seems to HAVE bad luck! But that changed some weeks back, when I was found by a really nice human.

He crouched down to have a look at me, and noticed I was in a very bad state. He turned out to be an Animal Rescue Officer from Soi Dog Foundation.

The nice man looked so sad to see my infected eyes! They must have looked as awful as they felt, because he quickly whisked me up and took me to the Soi Dog hospital.

I was a little scared, but he was gentle, and I decided it would be OK to go with him, so I didn’t put up a fight.

When we arrived, I got a lot of attention from the nice people there. They carefully cleaned my eyes and tried to help me.

Tragically, my eyes were too far gone to be saved, and the vets had to remove them both. It’s a really hard fate for a young kitty like me.

But thanks to compassionate people like you, Soi Dog can take care of me. I will be safe here for the rest of my life, like so many others they have taken in, if I can’t be adopted.

Humans like you who adore animals and wish the best for us make this wonderful place possible. Will you please give now to give a second chance like I got to other cats who will need it, and become a member of the Care for Cats Club?

Sadly, there are many more helpless, hurting cats like me out there you need you. https://bit.ly/HelpHurtandHomelessCats

Thank you.
