Neutering Aid For 1 Cat In Shah Alam (Hannah Bt Kamaruzaman’s)

We have provided a full sponsorship of RM80 for the castration of this cat.

Ms Hannah is a new applicant.

Dear Dr Chan
I am Hannah.   I would like to apply for the AnimalCare Neutering Aid for a cat/kitten I rescued in Shah Alam last February.    Below is a short write-up on him and attached are the documentations required to request for the aid.   The originals you will received via Pos Ekspres.

Some write-up on TUAH.

This cat was rescued in Shah Alam, UITM on 17th February 2019 when he was still a kitten.   We found him wandering looking for food during an ultra-running event at UITM, Shah Alam.  The volunteers at the water station fed him for two days whilst the event was on.  After the event was over he was still there.  I decided to take him home since I was worried for his safety.  On the night of the event I saw many dogs wandering around the vicinity.  Since then he has been staying with us and we decided to adopt him after taking care of him and named him TUAH.
