The Pink Basket Saga Continues

Heidi: I might not be IN it, but it’s still mine.
Meanwhile, Ginger also has issues of his own. We thought that being the only male in here now (it’s just Ginger, Heidi and Tabs), he would stop spraying and marking territory? No such hope. He is still doing it and there’s nothing we can do to stop him. We think he is probably jealous of Heidi and Tabs’ special privileges. Heidi gets to go out for taiji to the park while Tabs gets to sleep on our bed.
A few days ago, Ginger made a night-time daring escape. It took about an hour for us to get him back. He ran off about four houses down the road and played hide-and-seek with me in the drains. Even food could not tempt him out.
Finally, what worked was the grey cat. I started feeding the grey cat and that’s when Ginger came out.
Jealousy saved the day!!
Tabs cannot have the pink basket for now. Heidi is still monopolising it in her own way.
