Like millions of other dogs across Thailand, I was born on the streets. I never knew what it was like to have a home or a human to care for me. My name is Anantara. In order to get by, each day I would try to find somewhere safe to curl up and a kind hand to throw me some food. Until one day I found myself with a life threatening wound. My foot was ripped open down to the bone. As you could imagine, I was in agonising pain and suffering from a quick spreading infection.
Thanks support from people like you, I was picked up and rushed to the Soi Dog shelter. Sadly, it was too late to save my leg, but I have learned to cope with the tri-paw life. Going from a dog with nothing to live for to being a dog who now has a chance to find a family of my own makes me feel extremely lucky. So many dogs do not get this chance.
I dream of finding a home no matter the distance. Maybe one day I will go for walks in the park and come home to my own comfy bed. All you need to do is click the orange button to make my dream come true!
