This tall, dark and handsome boy has finally found the family of his dreams. Dessa was born on the streets of Phuket where each day was a struggle to find a safe place to sleep and food to eat. He wandered around looking for someone to care for him but he did not find anyone to help him. Instead, he found himself in an area that did not welcome stray dogs and was poisoned. His body shut down and he was rushed to Soi Dog for immediate treatment. It was a race against time but the Soi Dog Vet team were able to save him.

Months later, a volunteer came to Soi Dog and fell in love with his goofy and affectionate personality. She could not leave Soi Dog without knowing he was hers. He recently made the trip to the UK and has settled into his new home. Dessa is treated like a King by Bex and her partner Josh. We are so thankful for Dessa’s second chance at life and wish them all the best.
