I would like to apply for a neutering aid for a female puppy i save and adopted…this female pup was found by my mother who works in a hotel in melaka..she was kicked by a security guard and my mum was informed by some guest in d hotel…mum brought her to spay and we decided to adopt her and name her bubbles..
