Prema contacted me last week to request help to get a female cat spayed.

The procedure will be done today, at our panel vet, under our sponsorship.

This is the cat.

Updates at 6.30pm – the cat has been spayed. I’ve just checked in on her at the vet’s.

Waking up from the anaesthesia.

Apparently, all her kittens died after her delivery (poor thing) and she still has a lot of milk, actually. The vet assistant wanted to “borrow” the cat for a month to feed two orphaned kittens, but Prema did not give her consent.

Prema is boarding the cat until Saturday, but the boarding fee will be borne by her.

We only cover the spay-neuter charges unless complications arise which require further attention from the vet.
