We have provided an aid of RM450 for the neutering of these 3 dogs.
good afternoon Dr Chan,
i am wong yeng yin feeder from puchong area. iw ould like to apply a neutering aid for 3 female stray dogs in batu 14, puchong. three of them are siblings. i have released back to their place on 20 july 2019 and will continue to feed them. i am enclosing a pictures, cash bill and application form for your approval.
