Soi kitties celebrate International Tiger Day!

Did you know that there are only about 3900 individual tigers left in the wild and face relentless pressure from poaching and habitat loss.

While Big Cat populations everywhere are threatened, their semi-domesticated cousin, the “Tiger in your living room”, face a different kind of threat. Here in Thailand, they suffer on the streets due to disease, road traffic accidents and abandonment.

Soi Dog Foundation has sterilized over 7000 cats so far in 2019 which means thousands of unwanted kittens are not going to suffer on the streets. Thanks to your donations there are over 200 cats who receive treatment or shelter at any given time here at the sanctuary

Neither of these magnificent creatures deserve this. What are YOU doing to help them?
