Remember this poor blind pup, who was injured by a coconut falling onto his head? At the time, Maprao was homeless, with no owner to care for him. But just look at him now! Please donate now at https://bit.ly/Donate_For_Maprao so that animals like him can get the help they need!

A quick recap: Our Animal Rescue Officer was on duty when he witnessed a coconut fall from a treetop directly onto the head of little Maprao below. The officer ran to help and found the little boy unable to move and crying in pain. He picked Maprao up and sped him straight to the Soi Dog shelter.

Please join the Emergency Response Team so rescues like this can continue and more animals can be saved! The members of our Emergency Response Team are people just like you – compassionate animal lovers who want to help. It is their support and generosity that funds emergency medical treatment for homeless animals like Maprao. Without them, it’s almost certain this pup would not be alive today.

When he arrived at our shelter, Maprao was infested with ticks and was skin-and-bones starving. Even worse, his head trauma had left him with pronounced neurological issues. Maprao wobbled when standing, and walked in a circular pattern. After weeks of medical treatment, these symptoms have improved significantly. Maprao is walking better, although he might never walk normally. This, however, doesn’t stop this special boy from smiling! See how great he looks? This is what a little love can do for a homeless animal!

Will you please help more vulnerable animals like Maprao? Will you please join the Emergency Response Team? Your membership will help fund lifesaving medical treatment for sick and injured dogs and cats who have nowhere else to go. Please go to https://bit.ly/Donate_For_Maprao to show suffering homeless animals that someone will help. Because you truly are their only hope. Thank you.
