We have provided an aid of RM80 for the spaying of this cat.
Dear Exco,
Please find attached a collage of a stray cat I recently brought for spaying. The cat was found near 1 temple in Rawang. A nun there has agreed to look after the cat on the condition that we bring it out for spaying instead as it is against their belief to do so. May I proceed with posting the form and receipt? Thank you.
