Update on poor Filia who was found with a shocking, maggot-infested wound on his tail. Battling a dangerous infection, he would have never survived on the streets. Filia has never had a home of his own or a human to love him. But thanks to the members of our Care for Cats Club, we could give him the medical treatment and care he desperately needed.

Sadly, it was too late to save Filia’s tail, which needed to be removed to end the terrible pain he was in and allow his recovery to start. He is now healing under the watchful eye of our vets and he is on antibiotics and pain relief.

None of this would be possible without the Care for Cats Club, whose members fund life-saving medical treatment for cats like Filia. There is no government funding for these animals, so the members of our Care for Cats Club are truly the only hope they have. Will you please join this very special group of cat lovers?
