Globally there are now up to 27 million hectares planted with oil palm – much of it on land that was previously jungle.

Think you need to avoid palm oil? Actually oil palm is one of the world’s most productive crops and when grown sustainably it’s one way to help keep our remaining jungles standing🌴

We can all demand palm oil that hasn’t contributed to deforestation and choose to shop with brands and retailers that support it 👍
