Last night, I wrote to another friend in Klang to ask if she could help with sourcing another vet or a place to do the spay-neuter for Uncle’s street dogs.
She says she will ask the vets around Taman Eng Aun and spread the word around.
For those who have not been following this news, here’s what is going on, in a nutshell:
1. This elderly Uncle is feeding many strays and they are also multiplying like crazy.
2. Ah Fatt wants to help the Uncle get all the adult dogs spayed-neutered.
3. I managed to get the contacts for two vets for Ah Fatt to call, but one doesn’t want to do spay-neuter for strays and another’s charges are a wee bit too high.
4. I’ve enlisted PAWS’ help and they will go do the job, provided we can find a place under shelter, with electricity, water, a fan and a big enough table.
5. We are looking for
(a) another vet in Klang who can give affordable rates, preferebly near Taman Eng Aun
(b) a place for PAWS to do the job.
Please help if you can, with either one.
Remember….”Stop lamenting, start doing”. Complaining isn’t going to get us anywhere!
