In caring for rescued animals, we always suggest to keep it at a manageable level so that caregivers do not inadvertently suffer from burn-out.
Some caregivers do not know when to stop or say “no”. They keep taking in more and more animals and this can lead to burn-out or worse, hoarding.
Do not suffer from burn-out because if you do, there would be no one to look after the animals then.
So, keep it small and beautiful. Rescued animals are our responsibility for life. They depend on us.
