This is a good article for everyone in animal caring work.
For me personally, I don’t think I am “burnt out” by having to care for my cats even when they have terminal or debilitating diseases. I am also not burnt out fundraising to keep AnimalCare going.
But I can be potentially burnt out by….rude and unreasonable applicants! So, to keep my sanity, that brand of people got to go!
