Do you know that Malaysia has over 80 different species of sharks (and still counting)? It’s hard to save species if you don’t have the right information.
This is particularly true for sharks, and why WWF and the Centre for Sustainable Tropical Fisheries and Aquaculture has launched the first-ever Rapid Assessment Toolkit for Sharks and Rays.
The Toolkit showcases different approaches to collecting the key information needed for science-based decision making.
You can download this key resource at:

The Shark toolkit is designed to help remedy the dearth of basic information on movements, biodiversity and catch trends in many countries in Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
