Dear Dr Chan,
I’m Mun Kueen and I would like to apply for the neutering aid for a cat. He appeared at my doorstep earlier this year, most probably abandoned by his owner. He’s been under my care since and staying with me because there’s no suitable adopter. I will continue to care for him if the right adopter has not appear.

There are 2 kittens under my care as well. Both of them have been abandoned by their owner. I took them in because they are too young to survive on their own outside. I plan to bring them for neutering soon. Meanwhile, I will continue to care for them until a suitable / right adopter appears.
