Possibly A Lost Dog. I Saw This Dog Around Lorong ..

Possibly a lost dog:

I saw this dog around Lorong Pykett near Anson Road that i’m not sure is a stray. It’s been two days now and the dog is still wandering (seemingly aimlessly) in the area. He has a collar, but is very wet and his coat looks unattended, scabby and bare. 😢 Can you help share this, in case this dog has an owner?
