A few months ago, we introduced you to Chandra and Chloris. They’d been found all alone and seriously ill. They were crying in hunger, pain, and fear. They were just weeks old and their mother was nowhere to be found.

Chandra and Chloris were absolutely infested with fleas and ticks when they arrived at our shelter but there were far more serious issues too. Chandra had an enormous swelling that turned out to be a hernia and needed immediate surgery. Both pups were weak and dehydrated – and trembling in fear.

Thanks to people like you, we were able to take them in and start them on medical treatment. Chandra’s surgery was a success, the fleas and ticks are a thing of the past and these two little ones are now healthy and growing fast. None of these rescues would be possible without the generosity of the animal lovers who fund them.
