SHOT DOG FEELS A MILLION TIMES BETTER THANKS TO YOU!

When this thin hunting dog turned up in Busovaca,Croatia we asked for your help in providing veterinary care to remove the buckshot pellets from his legs, repairing an injured leg and routine care to rid him of ticks and worms. Thanks to all of you, he’s now doing wonderfully.

“This is one of those old stories,” rescuer Esnaf Mehic of Croatia explains. “Hunters use dogs only as long they are good for something.”

But as the old saying goes, “one person’s garbage is another person’s treasure” and we most certainly believe this sweet dog deserves to be in a home of his own where he is deeply loved. Today he is thriving in foster care and doing better by the day.

THANK YOU ALL for helping this dog to feel much, much better. We can’t wait to find out what his adopters will name him.
