We have pledged our medical subsidy for this kitten, but have advised Jessy that we do not cover boarding unless the kitten requires it medically. Jessy said she would discharge the kitten once declared fit and board her elsewhere at a more affordable rate since her family does not allow her to foster anymore cats in her house.
There was a Rm100 donation from one of the readers of this blog (requested anonymity), and this has been transferred to Jessy Lian.
Jessy is looking for a fosterer or adopter for this kitten. Please contact Jessy at 016-2988 636 or email jessylian@yahoo.com
Updates on the kitten, from Jessy:
Dear Dr.Chan,
This morning I went to visit Blacky. The doctor in charge was on afternoon shift, so I talk to the assistant. According to her, Blacky still not poop yet, but she certainly has good appetite.
Just now (4pm) I went to visit her again. Doctor said Blacky is more energetic than yesterday & she is doing fine. Her meowing voice is much louder too compare to yesterday’s soft meowing voice.
Until now, still no one offer to foster or adopt Blacky, so she’s still hospitalize at the clinic.
