Her Royal Majesty’s Private Dining

Cleo’s habit is to eat “far away” from everyone else.

She is back to eating her Cubgrub. That is good.

The vet did ask if we are doing the “fish only” diet but I think it’s not possible at all. Firstly, Cleo doesn’t like cooked food and fish has to be cooked. Cats cannot eat raw fish. They can eat raw meat (chicken, poultry, etc.) but not raw fish. No sushi for cats. Secondly, Cleo is so fussy with her food that even getting her to eat two meals is an achievement. She is also a very, very, incredibly small eater.

A “low maintenance” queen.

And just now, for dinner…

Our queen wanted to eat far away again.

If I didn’t know that Cleo wanted to eat far away from everyone, she would have missed all her meals!

As for Indy, if I don’t add a few kibbles on top of his wetfood, he won’t eat. So, the trick is just to add a few pellets on top – and he will lick he platter clean.

There’s also a method to get Pole to eat because her taste fluctuates too. For her, there is no one single plan. It changes daily. I have to learn to read her mind.

But for Cow and Bunny, it’s “anything goes” – they are the easiest to feed!
