We’ve settled Courage’s first medical bill today.
It is RM158 and this covers consultation, one night’s boarding, the distemper test and her supplements and medication – Cephalexin (antibiotics for the nasal discharge), Daneuron (B1-B12-Omega 3 & 6) and Vetri-DMG as an immune booster. Sorry I got the names of the medications all wrong in the earlier posts as it is hard to decipher the spelling over the phone!
We thank all who have sent donations to help in Courage’s medical needs. Your contributions will be kept specifically for Courage’s needs.
I’m awaiting the latest news from my friend about Courage. This afternoon, she called saying she is worried that the “bubbles” under Courage’s skin may indicate lung rupture, so she asked if she could send Courage for an X-Ray. Of course we gave the go-ahead, so Courage was taken for an X-Ray before proceeding for her first acupuncture treatment. Dr Susanna was also equally concerned about those “bubbles” under the skin.
So am I.
Will update later.
If indeed there is lung rupture (we pray real hard there isn’t), it looks like Courage was not only hit on her spinal chord, but also on her upper torso. Sigh…isn’t this terribly sad? But let’s not jump to any conclusions right now.
