We have provided an aid of RM75 for the vaccination of these 3 dogs.
This comes under the Project-Based Applications.
For the 3rd pup:
Dear Dr. Chan,
I have sent a pup from Gelang Patah (GP-Area B) Johor for vaccination on 16/MAR/2019. The vaccination fee is RM70 per dog, please confirm if I can claim RM25 for this bill?
This pup 15F (Melon) is the daughter of 13F (Mumu). She was having tick fever during Chinese New year and almost dying. After few days hospitalized in the vet, she slowly recovering but still weak when discahrged. So I brought her home. She is now fully recovered, she is very cute and smart. She knows where is her “toilet”, and she understands “sit” and “hand”. I taught her all these as I think adopter would love her more if she is different from other pups
sometimes middle of the night whenever she wanted to pee, she would go downstairs and pee, then climbed up again upstairs and sleep in the room with us. Isn’t she cute?
I spent quite some times to filter those people who wanted to adopt her. Finally I found a very good family for her. They has a 1-year old female dog named Girl-Girl and they wanted to find her a buddy. The aunty told me a lot about her dogs and how she overcome her fear to a fury pets. From the conversation, I know I found the right person
I sent her to her new home last weekend. She was a bit scared but i know she would be fine. Glad that she can mix well with their dog. But the problem is, she drops a lot of hair.. The vet said no fungal, no ticks, maybe because of stress. No choice, I ask the adopter try to give Coatex capsule and monitor for at least 2 weeks. Hope everything goes well.
Attached the form, receipt and photos fyr.
Regards,
Nujtiya
