My name is Flowerchild; do you remember me? In case you missed my story a few weeks ago, here I am again, with an update on my progress. Will you help by going to https://bit.ly/Saving_Flowerchild and donating to fund the expansion of the Soi Dog shelter? Your kind gift will mean so many more vulnerable animals like me can be helped.

This is my story: when I got sick after being neglected for so long, my owner dumped me at the side of the road. I’m lucky that the kind lady who found me took me to the Soi Dog shelter. And I’m lucky that they were able to take me in, because they have so many animals to care for.

The vets here say I’m probably not even a year old. In all likelihood, I was purchased at a market or from a breeder and no doubt I was a very cute puppy at the time. But when Soi Dog found me, I was emaciated, my nails were horrendously overgrown, I had terrible skin problems and an infection in my eyes. All of this would have been preventable if my owner had bothered to care for me.

The really sad thing is that I was one of several animals to arrive at the Soi Dog shelter that week alone. With so many of us in need of help, work has started to create more space for us and to add additional treatment kennels and enclosures, but your help is urgently needed to make sure this work can be completed.

Will you please go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Flowerchild and donate to fund the expansion of the Soi Dog shelter, meaning many more animals like me can be given a safe haven and receive the life-saving medical treatment we urgently need?

Thanks to kind people like you, my overgrown nails have been trimmed and I’ve been started on treatment for the skin problems that were causing me so much misery. I’m also receiving regular drops to treat my eye infection and gradually, things are looking up for me. I’m receiving regular meals and I have a safe place to lay my head at night. Despite all I’ve suffered, I’m a lucky girl.

Please help to expand the Soi Dog shelter so that other animals that are not as lucky can also get the help they need and the safe haven in which to heal! With no government funding, it simply can’t happen without you. Please give what you can now at https://bit.ly/Saving_Flowerchild

Thank you.
