This rescue took place in an area called Chaeng Wattana, a suburb just north of Bangkok. We entered a large flooded area with vegitation down one side which was in 1 meter (3+ feet) of water. On the edge of this area were floating reeds & rubbish with dogs running around on top of it, as we approached several puppies appeared. The puppies came to the boat and quickly climbed on board, We fed the puppies & they ate like they hadn't eaten for weeks.
They are now at WFFT in Char Am for sterilization before returning to Bangkok where 4 of them already have new homes waiting!
