Did you know that the Ulu Muda Forest in Kedah is an Important water catchment area for three northern states: Kedah, Penang and Perlis? The forest provides 96.5% of Kedah’s and 80% of Penang Island’s treated water supply, which is vital for domestic, agricultural and industrial use.
