Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In Setapak (Teh Guat Hoon’s)

We have provided an aid of RM120 for the neutering of these 2 cats.

Mdm Teh is a new applicant. We were only able to approve the aid for 2 cats because there was no awake-after photo for the third cat.

Hello my name is Teh Guat Hoon. I’m writing to apply neutering aid for 3 cats. These cats are from Taman Sri Rampai. Their mother was a stray cat but died in a car accident when they were two weeks old. So, I took care of them until they were old enough to be neutered. I will continue to take care of these stray cats.
