Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In Puchong (Lian Hui Shan’s)

We have provided an aid of RM120 for the neutering of these 2 cats.

Dear Dr Chan,

I’m writing to apply neutering aid for two stray female cats.
They were found roaming outside of my house recently. I brought them to neuter on 4/12/2018 and 8/12/2018 and will be releasing them back.

The attachment are the photo of the two female cats.
