DO YOUR PART WITH THE HELPBUDDY APP

At SPCA, we regularly receive reports of missing pets which require ours and the general public’s help to find these animals. We are pleased to share that the Municipal Services Office (MSO) of the Ministry of National Development have launched a HelpBuddy app which serves as a platform for dog owners to list their lost dogs, and seek the help of other HelpBuddy users to keep a lookout for their pet.

By simply posting an activity in the app to alert and activate HelpBuddy users within a 3km radius, dog owners will receive more immediate assistance with locating their lost pet. HelpBuddy users, who can be neighbours, volunteers, and the general public, will be able to contact the pet owner via the app should they manage to find the lost dog.

We need as many HelpBuddy users as possible to test the beta version of the app, and for users to try the listed activities in the beta trial. So, share this app with your family and friends to try it now!
